Delete your Prime50 account

Prime50 lets users permanently delete their account from inside the app.

Delete from the app

1. Sign in to Prime50.
2. Open Profile, then Settings.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Request the verification code sent to your account email.
5. Enter the code, confirm that you understand deletion is permanent, and select Delete my account.

What is deleted

Deletion removes the authentication account and account-linked profile, routine history, progress, hydration information stored with the account, and emergency contacts. Limited security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal records may be retained where required.

Before deleting

Account deletion cannot be undone. Prime50 clears its local app data on the device after the account is deleted.

Unable to access the app?

First try password recovery from the sign-in screen. If you still cannot access deletion, contact support@primelogic.design from the email address associated with the account. We may require identity verification before processing the request.
