These Terms govern use of Prime50, provided by Prime Logic, LLC. By creating an account or using Prime50, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. Provide accurate account information, protect your password, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Fitness and medical disclaimer

Prime50 is a fitness tracking tool, not medical advice and not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Consult a qualified health professional before beginning or changing an exercise program.

Stop exercising and seek appropriate medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, or any other concerning symptom. You are responsible for choosing activities appropriate for your health, environment, and ability.

Emergency features

Prime50 is not an emergency response service and does not monitor your safety. Help features can open your device's phone interface for a trusted contact or local emergency number, but Prime50 cannot guarantee that a call will connect or that help will arrive. In an emergency, contact local emergency services directly.

Permitted use

You may use Prime50 for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, reverse engineer protected service components except where law permits, or use Prime50 to violate another person's rights.

Service availability and changes

We may improve, update, suspend, or discontinue features. Internet access and a supported device may be required. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Intellectual property

Prime50 software, design, branding, text, illustrations, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Prime Logic, LLC and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app.

Termination and account deletion

You may stop using Prime50 at any time and may permanently delete your account in Settings. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or enforce these Terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime50 is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. Prime Logic, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Prime50. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Apple terms

When downloaded through Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for providing support for Prime50.
